Waste of a day again - No delivery

<p>And again - my delivery was scheduled for today before 17:00 - without notifying me by the way!!! I had to check myself on you website - where ironically it said expect a call to arrange delivery - so since the order was COD I went to draw money and arranged for someone to be home all day(apparantly it's your new protocol to make customers wait the whole day). It is now 16:45 and still no delivery, which means I have just wasted my whole day sitting here like an idiot. This is completely unacceptable and I'm sorry but your service went down the drain rapidly. I cannot believe that your customer service means so little to you. The best part is I know this email won't even go further that the first clerk it reaches and I'm sorry to say but they know even less. So this will once again be going to Hello Peter</p>
