Washing Machined Delivered but I did not recieved It

Ordered washing machine from them, and it was scheduled to be delivered Sunday the 8th of Dec. I received the SMS Sunday morning that it is out for Delivery. After 14h00 I tracked it on my app - only to be surprised that the status changed to Delivered but am still sitting with no washing machine. Takealot has a worse contacting system for a business of their magnitude , you can not call them at all.
