Washing machine stopped working in 6 months.

I bought a kelvinator tol loader KL18TLC3S in May 2023 fof R9000. It stopped working beginning November. When I try to check there site I can't get any contact details. When I try go return it their system says the warranty has expired I must contact the supplier of which I don't know who their supplier is.
