Was the unrest my fault?

I order tablet for my children schooling.they were supposed to arrive on the 14th of July ,the pickup point was burned down during unrest in kin.takealot make no means to get the order to me as I have already paid .They cancelled the order and refunded my account. Now I have to pay R300 more and wait a whole month from the 14th of July to get my order.
