Warranty Void Being held to ransom by supplier

Graphics card bought with a 3 year warranty. As an IT Technician I take pride in keeping my PC in tip top condition. Being the centre of my daily entertainment I have poured money into it (R9645 all from Takealot). 2 weeks ago I got thrown out of a game again and again. Troubleshooting I found the graphics card was faulty. Previously tried to clean the card, so I knew there was a sticker \warranty void if removed". So I contacted Takealot requesting a warranty claim. I was told as it was outside of the normal 6 months catered for. The item woud be sent to the supplier. I personally drove out to the warehouse and numerous follow up calls eventually Demi Lin was able to push the issue only to discover that the supplier had declared warranty void due to dust build up. Now sounds reasonable. Except once again the card was sealed with a warranty void if removed sticker!! So How was I supposed to open to clean the inside. Rediculous! After escalating to Syvestor then Granville both agreeing with me. Yet it was decided Takealot could do nothing regarding the supplier stance. Me I am almost R3000 poorer with no way to play games. Hiding behind policy. The one company I believed was honest."""
