Warranty void

They collect my coffee machine that was faulty still under warranty.

Unit was clean and in pristine condition.

My warranty was void due to negligence, I received photos off my unit, the side broken and coffee residue all over the top of the machine???

They/ the courier/ who ever hard handled my machine and now the warranty is void- I will no longer support them.
