Warranty return issues

It took me 3 attempts to get Takealot.com to even accept the warranty return on my headphones for review. (identical structural weakness cracks on both sides of the headband) It took takealot.com 6 days to collect, deny and close my warranty claim according to all official records, with no manufacturers communication, no technical report or details other than a sentence in an email saying "wear and tear damage." 28 days after they closed this claim, I am still waiting for my damaged and denied headphones to be returned to me.
