Warranty period covered / honoured VS REAL WARRANTY by supplier / Vendor RRN-2d52-ebd2

<p>So again, Takealot has done this to their customers... Vendor / Supplier has an actually WARRANTY cover which exceeded what Takealot stipulated on their websites. So after arguing and fighting forth and backwards, they have decided to take the item in now for over one week. It says 1 to 3 business days and now we have extended and they now telling me it will take up to 21 days? I have explained to them from day one that the multifunctional printer is for a professional business and they now expect me to just wait and wait and wait and no feedback followed up.? Never mind they don't even know what is wrong with the printer as I got some mixed information in between these days... So very disgusted again by their customer service and on top of that their business etiquette by covering 6 months on their website but in fact it is covered to 3 years (it stated on the actual printer)! I will be careful going forward buying any luxury and electronics from Takealot ever again!</p>
