Warranty Crime

I am dismayed by the bad service provided by this organization. I bought a phone from them, the earphone port was malfunctioning as well as problems with the battery. Now the phone freezes after they assessed it and told me that they do not find a problem on it. I regret spending my hard earned money on this company.
