Warranty

I bought a Microwave in September 2023 through Takealot and it has since stopped working and when I contacted the manufacturer, Z S Merch, they are saying they no longer work with Takealot and therefore for warranty purposes and claims I should contact Takealot directly. Unfortunately I am unable to follow the suggested return process for Takealot as this is not activated for the object I purchased.
