Warranties mean nothing

I returned a faulty ROMOSS Sense X battery bank still under warranty and requested a replacement. Takealot.com gave me credit as they claimed the supplier was out of stock. I requested the return process be placed on hold until stock was available (as the replacement value is now more than the credited value) to which they refused. I now do not have a Battery Bank nor credit allowing me to replace the item. What sort of service is this? ROMOSS should supply Takealot a replacement as it is still under warranty. Unacceptable by both parties.
