Warrantee Claim

I purchased a Lexar 32GB 300x UHS-I Class 10 MicroSD Card 2 years ago. It is now faulty, lost Photos! I checked the LEXAR web site and it says lifetime warranted. Claimed from Takealot and they took less than 2 mins to respond "Return Request falls outside of both our six months Returns Policy and the supplier's warranty period" Since this is obviously an automated response, they never even considered the claim. Not sure what to do next. SAD
