WARNING! Don't take anything from TAKEALOT.com

I bought a laptop from TAKEALOT.com on the 3rd of April, and was told then that it would be delivered to me on the 6th of April. To cut a long story short, It was not delivered to me and 10 days after initially sending a request for a refund and spending +R200 on calls to their useless consultants for assistance... Yes, I'm still waiting for a credit.
