Warning: DON'T purchase XBox or Microsoft products from Takealot

I bought a faulty XBox devise fom Takealot. They do not handle returns of faulty XBox devices and neither does Microsoft. Direct Warranty (stipulated on Takealot product page): "A direct warranty product is a product for which the relevant manufacturer wishes to manage defective returns itself, directly with the customer, and not through Takealot. Some examples include Dell, Nespresso, Xbox and PlayStation products." This is a blatant lie as Takealot does not have such an agreement with XBox or Microsoft. Microsoft supply their products to Takealot and remove themselves from any responsibility regarding returns and faulty equipment. Consumers: Please be warned to not purchase above products from Takealot.
