Wants to claim out of stock, when price on website was incorrect

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Placed an order on 29.11.2016 for two items, one being Skylanders Imaginator Vessel 8 Pack. The price was R179.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Status changed from Awaiting Payment to Ordered from Supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then on Tuesday 13.12.2016 the product got changed to Skylanders Imaginator Vessel 3 Pack for R179.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked why it had been changed. No reason was given.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today 15.12.2016 I was told via email that the 8 Vessel product is out of stock, but the 3 Vessel Pack product they replaced it with, was just something they could off me in its replacement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore they know that they made a mistake on their website and now they are trying give me a cheaper option, that I do not want. I want the 8 vessel pack that for R179.00 what was advertised, what I ordered, what I paided for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not accept that the product is out of stock and it has been almost a month and this is a new product. Therefore how can it be out of stock already, when you can get it out of stores around the country freely.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me</p> <p>Heidi</p>
