For a first time buyer I got the worst experience ever. I received a message in the morning of a Friday that my package will be delivered before 5 which was a few days before the expected delivery date. To my excitement i would deliver the gifts on time to its rightful owners. I had to unfortunately reschedule as soon as I got the text to the next working day because I was on leave. The delivery guy still called me at 1 to collect my delivery. I kindly notify him that I had rescheduled. On the Monday, I get a message that my package is out for delivery. I knockoff at 3 but naturally I waited until passed 5 for the package only to receive a text that the recipient was unavailable thus they couldn't deliver. No call no apology nothing but a blame as though it was my fault. No I am left with the last chance to reschedule (although this time was not even my fault). I reschedule to the next day and this time I dont receive a text that my package has been dispatched. I decide to call the dispatch center more than once and each time I have to wait exactly 28mins before I get a response. At 5 I call again worried that I will be blamed again and now I can't reschedule they eventually pick up and tell me I must wait the driver only has 1 package before me I am to wait just a few minutes in fact knowing PTA with its 1 ways he is on Johannes Ramokhopa and I am on Lillian Ngoyi (there is no way he has to pass there because they intersect). So in excitment I go wait outside In the cold rain at 6 I get a distasteful text that they tried to deliver my stuff but couldn't because I was unavailable. No call.
