Want my TV back

Our samsung tv 55 inch was still under manufacturers warranty. We took it back to takealot. We bought it on promotion, we asked a takealot to replace or repair. Today we find we are credited $ but no one called us to inform change of option. WHETHER WE WANTED A REFUND SINCE REPLACING OR FIXING WAS NO LONGER AN OPTION
