Want my money back

I have been ordering from takelot for ofer 5 years and now only its the first time im waiting 3 weeks to get my money back from the.... I ordered a pressure cooker from the for my moms birthday and there was a dent in the pot i then asked for a replacement they send me another one and again there was a dent in the pot after the 3 pot i got from the I asked them to credit my account so i can get something ills for my mom thay came to get the pot and im still waiting for my credit if you phone them they tell you they will look into it my mother even phoned them and the lady over the phone told my mom they can't credit my account its not how they do things..... Really i want my money back how long do we still have to wait for something that is mine...
