Want my money

My name is Nontsikelelo Jiya I bought something at take a lot so the delivered it on the 7 of February so I saw that it's not what I've order, I informed them they came and collect it on the 8 of Feb. They send me a sms saying they got the parcel they will call in 2to 3 day so they will refund me my money even today in still waiting pls help me to get my money back. Thank yoi
