Wake UP! Takealot

Pathetic service from a company that I used to hold in high regard for service and delivery. After making sure that all items was in stock I placed an order. After the order was placed it showed delivery only in 2 weeks instead of 2 days. I enquired about it only to be argued with that one of the items was not in stock. The links provided on the order and from the call logged all take you to the item thats shows in stock, even now almost a week later it shows in stock. I logged another call for them to fix the stock issues on their site only to receive an "sorry for the inconvenience" response. No attempt to resolve or fix their stock issue, no offer to split the order and deliver the other items thats available. I'm a frequent customer of Takealot, that might be changing soon. Order #***.
