Waiting period on a delivery fee

I have place an order of a large amount on the 10/09/2022 and paid a delivery fee of R200 but still have to 10 to 12 days for it this is ********* taking a few and making a customer wait this long is so wrong for the purchase this would be my last purchase This suck I'd rather order from Amazon next and know why it takes that long
