Waiting on Refund

I ordered an item last week Monday, the same day I canceled my order and requested a refund into my bank account. I was told by a gentleman on the phone all have been done and processed. The following day I check and it said failed, I then email a screenshot and was informed no it's been processed and in 4 days my money will be refunded. Friday comes nothing has reflected, I proceed to email for the 5th time and get told sorry it failed and was only processed today I now have to wait another week! I am extremely unhappy and upset, also not once has someone from takealot contacted me for my details either. This is not a small amount of money either.
