Waiting on items since March with various conflicting stories

Grant Alexander from Takealot should go on a customer service and problem solving s****s course. Completely unhelpful in trying to locate an order that was placed in March. Almost at the end of May and still dont have the items...

And better yet you cant even get hold of a manager!
