Waiting on declined return

I returned a item order no *** and it was concluded, return MRRN-J7R4K-EDV9 as declined on 13 Dec because I did not return the USB charging cable (my fault) there policy states that once declined the faulty item Wil be returned to me but it's now more then 7 days and have not received anything.
