Waiting in vain

I’ve previously used takealot and although their service was not impeccable it at least got me access to what I wanted in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I didn’t hesitate when I needed to order a charger for my laptop and ram for my laptop. I ordered the aforementioned items on 19/07/2022 and it was expected to be delivered to 28/07/2022. I have unfortunately today still not received any feedback as to why I haven’t received my goods yet I emailed *** and I am still waiting. Now I am in limbo because I’ve paid but I haven’t received anything. It almost feels like I’ve been ******. I have never seen such a lack for client satisfaction in my entire life. Pathetic is an understatement!
