Waiting in a digital queue

Not sure if this is really marketing related,in a way maybe, but according to the contacts page on the extremely frustrating takealot website, this is the closest I can get to sharing my frustrating experience.

This is my experience on how to miss an "unmissable daily deal" by takealot.

Apart from the website's slow response and loading time, when I select a product to view specifications (if any at all) it takes a couple of seconds (even 30sec at times) to load and then the infamous "Oops! Unexpected error." screen pops up. After trying again later(as suggested by the 500, Unexpected error screen) only to find the desired product is sold out. What a great experience takealot has become. Standing in a digital Que only to reach a sign on a window that reads; "sorry come back later, hope we still have stock". Noted: I will come back later, waaaaay later, maybe never.
