Waiting forever for delivery!
Why does it take 10 days to deliver? This is the 2nd time I have to wait this long to get my goods and seriously these are things I can get at Dischem! I would rather drive there and buy it myself. Turnaround times for 1 item is usually stellar, but as soon as you add another item, waiting times go bonkers!! Are they manufacturing or importing these things or what? Never again...

All the contact us links refer to a HELP PAGE... I don't want to read your help page. I want to SPEAK to a human someone... not read a novel!
