Waiting forever

I am really disgusted and let down by Takelot - Im been using the service for a while and the only reason I use it is because of convenience - Takelot promised my delivery on friday the 1st december - i was happy because i will be going on Study leave - without reason my order was changed to Monday the 4th - I am angry but i decide i will waste my petrol, Leave my class early so that i can get the order promised before 5. at work i wait by the delivery area and nothing happens. no sms to say its late, no call. 17:10 i decide to leave and go buy what takealot did not deliver. at 19:16 i receive a pathetic SMS saying recipient wasn't available!!!!! I just wasted my class time, Petrol and money for such a useless service - I find no value in this and therefore see no reason to continue your services. You will need to contact me and Arrange delivery to my address because i will not waste my time and money again, else a full refund will do!

You already changed delivery date now you failed to keep your own time - if you are struggling with festive deliveries, dont make it my problem
