Waiting for their driver for days now

I logged a return on the 16/12/2017 - RRN-0b11-1b35 as I ordered a set of 3 bags, however only 1 bag was delivered. I am still waiting for Takealot to come and collect this from the 19/12/2017 and process my refund. Have called and emailed numerous times and still waiting - Pathetic service.

I logged another return on 19/12/2017 - RRN-a ********** . I am still waiting for Takealot to come and collect this from the 20/12/2017 and process my refund. Have called and emailed numerous times and still waiting - Pathetic service.

I logged another return on 19/12/2017 - RRN-f19e-3d77. This was collected by Mr Delivery on 20/12/2017 yet I am still getting messages and emails that they are coming to collect this - Pathetic service.
