Waiting for Refund over a month later

<p>A month after my return was collected ,Takealot still have not refunded me .Ive sent emails, made phonecalls, their staff are always "Investigating " but ive never received a follow up or response from Takealot. Why are their refunds taking over a month to process? Their internal procedures should not hamper customers.</p>
