Waiting for refund from Takealot.

I returned an item over two weeks ago and was told my credit card would be credited within 3 to 5 days. It’s now two and a half weeks since I returned the item and after me sending three messages of query on their site I have had no positive feedback. A message just comes back to say they working on it. I’m very disappointed as I was initially very impressed with Takealot.
