Waiting for refund forever
<p>On 4 July after i logged a complain takealot phoned me and said they will pay the refund today 4 July, then i recieved an email 11 July the money was paid back i have to wait 3-5 working days, then i recieved an email it will take up to 7 days, it is now 8 days and the money is not in my bank account.</p> <p>The supplier of the monopod thought 3pounds is 3 kg so all they said was sorry.</p>
