Waiting for Refund

On 28 Nov I have used Takealot for the first time ever to order a book for a friend as xmas gift. That night I saw he bought it himself. Early the next morning on 29 Nov I cancelled the order. Up till today, 8 Dec I still did not receive a refund. Only plenty of mails going back and forth with promises. I am very disappointed in the service.
