Waiting for order for 3 weeks

I placed order on 24th was supposed to be delivered on 30th waited till I send request star night I was told that my order will be delivered on 10th imagine the nerve those ppl have 3 weeks waiting for my order and still if one item is delaying why can't they communicate with clients rather than waiting 3 weeks for kids snacks Order no *** think someone is doing their job take a lot please make follow up and get back to me with answers
