Waiting for my refund

Takealot has become very bad. They have a 30 day return policy. I returned unused items still sealed, but they refuse to refund me, saying the time frame is up. The staff is too lazy to count the days to check properly. This is most unfair. I've been buying from Takealot for years, but it's time to stop now.
