Waiting for goods that should have been delivered.

I ordered a few items on the 4th of October 2022, the items had to arrive on the 11th of October but the parcel got lost in transit. It was then scheduled to be delivered on the 17th of October - which was yesterday. I just think it's so ridiculous that I'm having an issue with items that are in Cape Town. You team has not communicated with me regarding the parcel. It's ridiculous that I have to wait two weeks for my items when you as a company advertising same day delivery. You as a company just won an award from @kfm for being the best online store in the western. It doesn't seem good and I'm highly disappointed.
