Waiting for feedback after almost 2 weeks

I made a purchase and the one product -\Thinking Putty"appears to have dried out and for what you get not worth the price. Sent an e-mail on 28th April and received a response that they will investigate and provide feedback. It is now almost 2 weeks later and i still await feedback. I have phoned twice and also sent tow follow up e-mails with no response??????"""
