Waiting for delivery
Hi, I have placed an order a couple of weeks back. And got a SMS last week Saturday saying that my order will be delivered on Saturday before 5 I've wasted my Saturday waiting for a delivery but nothing came. I called saying that I was waiting and the agent told me that they were here but no one was home. They making me a **** as I was sitting waiting and didn't go out, my wife is a witness to this ,and they could've called. Monday came got another sms saying my order will be delivered. Wasted my Monday waiting for a delivery. Nothing came the same happened on Tuesday. It's Wednesday and im extremely ****ed as I wasted 3 whole days while on leave waiting for a delivery. I can't explain how upset I am and I want some sort of compensation for this. As it looks like I'm going to be wasting another day waiting for a delivery. This is putrit service and I want everyone to know about this **** service. Please get a manager to call me.
We know saying sorry doesn't make up for wasting your time like this, but we would still like to apologise as it's unacceptable that we've failed to complete your delivery on three attempts. If the courier for any reason is not able to get hold of you to complete delivery it should have been raised with us to prevent the matter from escalating unnecessarily. We've instructed our complaints team to get in touch with the responsible courier immediately to determine the reason for these failed attempts.
They'll be in touch with you ASAP with feedback and will assist with the necessary arrangements to get this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
