Waiting for a tap.. 30 minutes on call

I am not to happy. I bought a tap. So, first the item does not match... then i went through all the jargon of processing a return. Then the return cannonlybbe picked up on the following monday.. okay..... slightly peeved. So, I call to see if, it can't be picked up earlier. Cause, half the work is done and now just waiting for the tap.. I have blocked off the pipes and all waiting for the new tap.. all the alterations have been done.. now calling them, I was waiting to get hold of someone to try and arrange for an earlier pick up... I was on the line for 30 minutes... I had to sit and listen to the horrid tune playing and the telling about the FNB cards and deliveries for 30 minutes. Come on.. someone must be sleeping or the phones on mute
