Waiting and waiting and waiting for delivery

I paid and ordered for my new laptop on the 4th of June 2018. On the system it said they had the product in stock in Joburg. I live in Klerksdorp, 2 hours south west of Joburg. End of the week on the 8th the site said today I will get my laptop. And now a change of plans, will get the laptop on monday, the package is in Potchefstroom. 'n Half an hour drive from here. Seriously guys, is it that hard to make a simple delivery? It's 2 o'clock. There is plenty of time.
