Waiting 5 weeks because people can't do their work correctly

On the 18th of April I submitted my return for a motherboard and CPU I have sent takealot a follow-up email almost every working day and they either ignore my emails or do not respond to what I am asking about. They informed me on the 6th of may that it is ready for collection and all working. Now 20 may I tell them how can I cancel the delivery and get my money back because I have waited almost 5 weeks now(2 weeks since confirmed that it was fixed) and in this time I did order more items from takealot witch was delivered within 3 days of order. On the 20th of may I got a email to say that my CPU was canceled on the 17th and on the 20th when I requested it my other item was also canceled. I am disappointed to say I will not buy from takealot again because of the extremely bad customer service and unreliable information they provide. I would not recommend this to website to anyone again.
