Waiting 3 months and 18 days for my items so far from Takealot.com

I have been waiting since 11 May 2022 for my items. From Wednesday, 11 May 2022 to Monday, 29 August 2022, there are 110 days That's 3 months and 18 days. No response or resolution offered by Takealot accept that they are investigating. I have logged a lot of tickets to get answers but Takealot support staff 10 different people all reply with the same generic responses right down to the word with out offering any reasonable answer.
