Waiting 20 days for a delivery and STILL waiting !!

I placed an order on the 10 of January. My expected delivery day was the 26th January 2018 , I assumed the reason for the delay was because I used a gift voucher to purchase my items !

On the 26 the I received numerous emails stating that I had requested to cancel my order and therefore it was cancelled and the money would be credited on my account .

I had to call Takelot head office and was told they would investigate what took place ! I did my own investigation and found out my parcel was at MR D also known as Takelot in Vincent Park East London .They had made some mistake on it and fixed it EVENTUALLY ! After numerous calls I was told they were waiting on Sky net to pick up the parcel and deliver it to me as they don't deliver in my area ! I asks to pick up the parcel myself as it was not too far from me , but the refused and said Skynet has to deliver it to me .

Skynet claims to not know that my parcel was at Takelot offices since Friday 26 January.

A lady from Skynet promised to have them deliver my parcel on Monday the 29th . Also that was not done and no call was even made to me , so I spent the entire day at home so I could be there when the parcel get delivered!

I ordered numerous parcels from Takelot ! This is by far the worse experience I've ever had ! I have waited 20 days for a parcel ! The most irrating part is my parcel is only a 5 minute drive away from me ,yet I cannot collect it myself !!

I've been using my airtime calling around all three parties and not even one of these business could get back to me or explain anything to me with their own airtime. So if I hadn't called my parcel would properly be sent back for no reason !

Unfortunately I receive a gift voucher frequently ! But my hard earned cash will never be used on Takelot again !!!!!!!
