Waited all day only for the drivers to not show up!!!

I waited all day for takealot drivers to come pick up a return that was scheduled only for your team to reschedule after 5pm. I need the item to be replaced and delivered by Friday which will now not be possible anymore due to your issues. I need this item for my trip on Friday. This item needs to be picked up early tomorrow morning because i shall not wait all day again and i now want my money back so that i can get the item at the istore myself.waiting for your delivery will take another week at this point and I cannot afford this .
