Waited 21 days for my University books, still not here

I have always been happy with Takealot until recently. I was able to get one of my books on Takealot for R200 less than in the shop. So naturally, 5 of us put money together and ordered our books.

21 days later, still not here. I have already written tests and am extremely behind on my work.

When I placed my order, the status read something like: "Ordering from suppliers" (I can't remember the exact status as it was quite a while ago).

The point that I want to get across is: Takealot has real good service and I haven't waited for longer than a week on previous orders, but do not advertise things that you do not have in stock yourself! I would gladly not have bought from you and my friends and I regret that decision. I should have paid the R200 (times 5 people) instead.
