Waitalot.com

I ordered some goods from takealot.com on the 4th of October specially for my son's birthday on the 16th of October. The delivery date given was for 14 October which wasn't a big issue. My problem is that I took time to wait for an order that never took place and furthermore had no communication of any further delay. Today I spent a long time phoning around and got some feedback that the order was by warehouse and the agent would follow up and call me back. I mentioned it was my son's birthday gift. Two hours later no feedback and yet again I had to call back. Agent just mailed back saying it's delayed and no effort made to deliver the item they had stock of. It took two more calls to get an cancelational middle finger email saying the game won't be delivered and the controller will only be delivered the 19 maybe. I tried to order an alternative more expensive game and was advised this might be delivered the 26th of October. You spoilt my son's first birthday after loosing his mother and clear lost his confidence in his father now. And to add to my frustration, I have to take public transport to find a gift which I should of had yesterday, 10 freakin days after I ordered it, Takealot, you suck!
