Waisting my time

I forgot how horrible Takealot deliveries are, how can you say delivery will be from 7am to 7pm how is that feasible for the working class ?

Your driver tells me he is at the gate and couldn't even wait 10 minutes for me to arrive, he left as per control instructions. I must again wait for him and I don't know when he will be back. How is this customer service? I cant wait all day for a delivery
