Wack ass service (Take alot)

I'm very very very disappointed in take alot for their horrible service , I've been waiting almost 25 days for my refund or return , I've logged a return 13 days ago , no calls , no emails since the return, it's Christmas in a few days time and still no interest in their clients. And im even a subscriber at take alot paying R100 every month , you guys are wack and I'll probably never shop at you again.
