Voucher used without my permission - No joy from Takealot

I purchased a R500 voucher in March 2023, when I sent the code to the person I purchased it,he told me it was already used. Contacted Takealot and gave all the information via e-mails and tel queries as I wanted to know who used the voucher.

To date I have had no resolution, I have once again sent an e-mail and hoping to get some answers.
