Voucher not working

I won a takealot voucher a Kaya959 in July then it was sent to me on 2 September. I kept it as I wanted to buy a TV for my kids and I had to add on the voucher. On Saturday I tried to redeem the voucher it said it had been used. Now I'm struggling to get help from either Kaya or takealot I'm not happy at all at the service I'm receiving, I've sent the screenshot of the voucher and the error message to take a lot and they want an order number which I couldnt get as the voucher declined before I could finish my transaction.

I would appreciate if they can call me as the dm is taking long.
